We have been helping students with their legal dilemmas since 1972. SLS is staffed by practicing NYS licensed attorneys, a paralegal and part-time legal assistants/law clerks.
Confidential: Your discussions with our staff are protected by attorney/client privilege. We will not discuss your case with your parents, friends, spouses or Syracuse University without your consent.
Near By: SLS is within walking distance of the Syracuse University campus. We are located in the Marshall Square Mall on the main floor to the right of the Post Office.
Complimentary Services: If you are a full-time undergraduate or graduate student paying the full-time activities fee, you are entitled to free legal advice and, in certain situations, court representation. You will be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses such as court fines and fees and outside charges from other organizations needed in order to successfully represent you on your case.
